Aneesa Nisamudheen

Ms. Aneesa Nisamudheen is an Indian lawyer admitted to the Indian Bar Council with growing experience in the Qatari legal field.

 

As a Paralegal within the International Arbitration Division at Essa Al Sulaiti Law Firm, Ms. Aneesa applies her solid foundation in litigation, legal drafting, and international dispute resolution to assist both local and international clients across jurisdictions. Her bilingual legal background and training allow her to provide valuable support in complex matters involving contractual disputes, debt recovery, and arbitration proceedings governed by leading institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, and QICCA.

 

Ms. Aneesa began her legal career after earning her Bachelor of Laws with Honours, initially focusing on litigation and procedural advocacy in India. Her interest in transnational legal practice led her to specialize in arbitration, where she now contributes to case preparation, procedural filings, document analysis, and strategic coordination for international cases handled by the firm.

 

In addition to her arbitration responsibilities, Ms. Aneesa also plays an important role in ESLF’s corporate and commercial practice, particularly in the drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts and corporate documentation. She ensures that contractual terms align with clients’ business objectives while meeting the regulatory requirements of Qatari law, especially in international and cross-border engagements.

 

Ms. Aneesa also serves as a key liaison between the legal team and ESLF’s international clientele, bridging legal understanding across South Asian and Middle Eastern jurisdictions. Her ability to navigate legal, linguistic, and cultural nuances makes her an asset to clients seeking clarity and precision in multi-jurisdictional matters.
