Mr. Essam Mohamed is a practicing lawyer, who earned his Bachelor of Laws from Assiut University in 2008. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association at the Court of Appeal level. Mr. Esam possesses extensive experience in litigation, adeptly handling a wide range of cases in civil, criminal, and rental law.
He embarked on his professional journey in 2009 as an associate at one of Egypt’s leading law firms, where he gained significant exposure in handling public, civil, and commercial cases, enhancing his scientific capabilities and skills.
In early 2010, Mr. Essam started working in Qatar, acquiring diverse legal experiences, particularly in commercial disputes, rental disputes, insurance disputes, and offering both written and oral legal consultations in various areas including civil law, contracting laws, and criminal law. He worked for various governmental and private entities in Qatar, including as an associate at a Qatari law firm. His role was pivotal in the firm’s success in disputes and cases, and he was authorized by the Qatar Lawyers Admission Committee to represent the firm across all types and levels of Qatari courts, the Public Prosecution Office, and police stations.
Mr. Essam excels in managing daily legal consultancy activities, dispute settlements, litigation, effectively dealing with court cases, combining complex analysis, and courtroom litigation skills to achieve optimal judgments and secure convictions against defendants.
