Mr.Ezequiel Zampetti is a practicing litigator and lawyer, and member of the Córdoba Bar Association (Argentina) with more than 17 years of legal experience. He is a lawyer from the Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina (2004) and from the University of Alicante, Spain (2017). He has published leading cases in labor and criminal law. He has completed post-graduate studies in Negotiation and Ethics & Compliance.
Mr. Zampetti is, in addition, a Real Estate Broker and Expert Appraiser. He founded the chair of Supervised Professional Practice and is currently the head professor. He is also a professor of Public International Law since 2007. Mr. Zampetti has been Director of the Legal Clinic of the Catholic University of Córdoba (2017-2021).
He is a member of the Institute of Human Rights of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Córdoba, and of the Argentine Association of International Law. He is a research member, and he has published 5 joint research projects. He is currently researching on the topic “Business and Human Rights” (Ruggie Principles).
