Mr. Samer Azzam Al-Zubi is a Jordanian lawyer with a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the University of Jordan (2006) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan (2002). He possesses over 22 years of extensive legal experience in litigation and legal consultancy.
As the Head of Litigation at Essa Al Sulaiti Law Firm, Mr. Samer brings his wealth of expertise to the firm. Throughout his career, he has held several prominent positions, serving as a lawyer and legal advisor for regulatory authorities and governmental entities. He has been responsible for managing legal departments, drafting contracts and agreements, and leading litigation teams, representing clients before various courts and arbitration panels.
Mr. Samer’s experience extends across the Gulf region, where he has held senior legal positions in major institutions. His work has encompassed litigation oversight, legal consultancy, and contract management across banking, commercial, and governmental sectors. Mr. Al-Zubi has authored several legal publications, including “Liability of the Direct and Indirect Cause in Civil Law”, “Liability of the Editor-in-Chief”, and “Dispute Resolution Among Licensed Entities in the Telecommunications Sector.” He is a licensed attorney with the Jordanian Bar Association and a certified Arab arbitrator specializing in intellectual property disputes, accredited by the Arab Union Arbitration Center. Furthermore, he has completed numerous specialized training courses in arbitration, legal negotiations, banking operations, and project management (PMP), as well as advanced courses in FIDIC contracts.
Mr. Al-Zubi is highly skilled in litigation and the drafting of pleadings and legal memoranda in both Arabic and English.
