Ms. Hunaina Nasir is a legal professional with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice, specializing in Law and Business, from The University of Law in the United Kingdom. She graduated with commendation in both the LLM and the Legal Practice Course (LPC).

 

Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sheffield, a prestigious Russell Group institution, preceded by a Foundation Degree in Law, Politics, and International Relations from the International College of Portsmouth, where she earned a high distinction. She supports high-value cross-border corporate and commercial transactions by drafting and reviewing contracts, providing in-depth legal analysis and opinions, and advising clients through international arbitration processes. Her work includes involvement with the Qatar International Court (QICDRC), where she assists international clients in filing claims and ensuring compliance with Qatari legal frameworks. She also plays a key role in helping clients recover disputed payments and enforce contractual obligations.

 

During her postgraduate studies, her concentration on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property enhanced her practical knowledge and deepened her contributions to the firm’s corporate and commercial services.
